The District Court of Keski-Suomi has today decided to start corporate restructuring for Moventas Santasalo Oy and Moventas Wind Oy. Target is to restore operations on sound basis and enable the companies to continue business normally. 

Moventas announced yesterday that its two subsidiaries will file for corporate restructuring. The procedure has been approved today in the District Court of Keski-Suomi. Decions means that the operating conditions for the companies are normalized.
