The Moventas CMaS solution can identify potential causes of damage in wind turbine gearboxes and their associated equipment (main bearings, generators) before they start to interfere with the operation of the gearbox, and ultimately the turbine.

CMaS has the widest scope of sensors of any resembling system on the market. It was further enhanced by the introduction of a new, more compact central unit that makes the mounting, installation and connection of sensors easier. New versions of the oil analysis unit and acceleration sensor are now also available. The new second-generation intelligent three-axis acceleration sensor includes all the usual signal processing features and a variety of special algorithms for wind turbine needs.
