Moventas to enter into a sale and leaseback arrangement with Sponda real estate funds

Moventas will sell its real estate in Jyväskylä and Karkkila to real estate funds managed by Sponda Oyj in a sale and leaseback arrangement. Moventas will continue its operations at the current premises with a longterm lease agreement.

The agreement covers a floor space of 43,500 m2, of which 80% is used for production and 20% for offices and storage. The companies have signed a longterm lease agreement. Moventas will continue to take care of the maintenance of the premises. The transaction does not affect the daily business operations of the company or the status of the personnel.
