There will be an excursion on the September 5 to the new gearbox manufacturing facilities of Moventas in Jyväskylä, leaving directly from VTT office.

The room rate is 110 €/night for single room (standard), including buffet breakfast and sauna at hotel

The hotel is in the centre of Jyväskylä and VTT is located about 5 km away.

Travel instructions:

Fly to the capital of Finland, Helsinki, and take a connecting flight to Jyväskylä, approx 50 minutes,
recommended. In addition there are fast trains from Helsinki Central Station to Jyväskylä which take 3
hours and run every 2 hours during the day.

Taxi transportation from Jyväskylä airport to hotel takes 25 minutes and the cost is about 30 €
